The iStrap comes in tow parts, a double sided strap and an adhesive disc. Step 1: Sticke the disc to the back of the sensor, below the reset button. Step 2: Stick the sensor to the middle of the strap. Step 3: Thread the strap underneath te lower laces. Step 4: Close the strap and you're ready to go.
